I figured it out (I think): The files have "q" in front of them, which means they are for qvga phones. Since mine is just VGA, the theme isn't compatabile. My guess is that it would go the same for the clocks as well (not compatible). if I am wrong someone correct me but thats what I took from looking over on the SPB forum.

not really clear on how to integrate the clocks into spb... this is what i did:

expand the folder with the clock i want , copy .dat file to my desktop , then open active sync, find the spb folder , open that and see all the spb files..

Import the .dat clock file i want into the phones spb folder.. and delete the existing
va_clock_big.dat rename the qa_clock_big.dat to va_clock_big.dat ,... soft reset and it works
