Re: Is Sprint still giving out refur'ed MOGULs?

Today I placed a replacement claim on my mogul and tomorrow I will be shipped the touch pro...aw yeah! So I will tell you how I did it since I was still offered the mogul 2 times before this(adv. exchange and in-store)

I stopped by the sprint store again today and basically told them my phone was falling apart(which it is) and I would need a new phone or replacement. I was eligable for 150 off if i renew contract yea yea I know didn't want to do that but they kept pushing it. Then after 15 min of me saying no I said I have insurance can't I just get a replacement. Took her 10 min to believe me and checking in the computer to find it. She then says that I could get a free mogul replacement... I said you sure its the same model? She assured me it was, so I thanked her and left.

Drove 15 min to other sprint store which is also my repair center sprint/nextel store.

Talked to a new girl. Filled out a form. Took her five min to tell me the same thing but this time she handed me the asurion card with their number and told me I could do it through them and I would have to pay a 100$ deductable and I would probably get a newer phone. Called up the rep. She was very friendly said I would be getting Touch pro. I gave her my debit card number and she charged me 100$. It will be here tommorrow.
