What phone d you have? I'm using a CDMA(US CELLULAR) Touch Pro. I have seen people who were on another carrier say that this stuttering issue was only solved via an official ROM upgrade.. but I've tried tons of cooked roms and different radios.. I still have the problem.. not sure what my phone could be missing??? I've read others using teh same phone but on Sprint, have success.... so it should be possible with my hardware..
