If you have successfully flashed a radio then you are definitely unlocked. But, if you want to make sure just put the phone into bootloader mode (tricolor screen) and see if it says SPL .37.cmonex on the second line under RAPH800. To put into bootloader just hold in the power button and volume down button and tap the reset button, dont let go of the power and vol down until you see a tricolor screen.
