r u still able to save the actual maps of areas - like a specific state to pull up on your phone when u need a map even without using any gps devices, like with tomtom. I know that with tomtom you have to get the whole map of the entire us and canada saved to your device, but it takes around 800 mb (give or take a little) just for the maps and there's no way to split them up so that you only have the ones saved that you need. I use tomtom for work sometimes to find a certain road that I am unfamiliar with, but I don't have gps - I just search for that street.
