I have also noticed 0 lag with telenav, Sprint runs behind 2-3 seconds on average.

The one bad thing about telenav, it will not connect when trying to access an address from your contacts. Alot of people like to have that feature. I can care less, I just have to plug it in under "address" if its not on my recent searches.

Since you have Sprint nav running now, just install Telenav and it will overwrite on top of Sprint, still the same free service from Sprint.
Just an FYI on this. You can also pre-load addresses in Telenav using the web. Also you can add an add address to telenav button in Firefox when using the web and it will appear on your phone when you connect to Telenav.
