If you can't find it, you can do it manually. You can use ceregedit (connect via pc to edit registry) or Total Commander or SKTools or other.. to edit registry.. the changes you want to make are in the key:
HKLM\Comm\Internet Sharing
I totaly delete the string there with a dll in it... then go to the Settings folder listed there and delete the key that says "force cell connection"

Soft reset phone.. You will now have choices of BTPan or USB and Phone as Modem or Sprint for cell connection....
