I called, they acted really retarded, like I wasen't telling the truth. The first c/s told me that even though it was going to be my 4th phone I was going to get the same model, but-had to call me back Monday beceause the place that "might" have a titan didn't respond quicky and she wouldn't be in Friday----

I waited a few hours and got back on the phone.
Stated the same thing-white dots showing up again, and I would like to get out of this model. She asked me if I had done a hard reset-...well yea..
She says that she needs me to do it again, so whatever, I say I did and she asks, how did I do it, then what did I type from the clear storage command, durr-- 1234.

She agrees that the model is defective. But the only way I can get an upgraded model is to take it into a store and have a tech type in my notes that "yes" the phone is dorked.

So after the manager comes over and actually tells the tech to upgrade the phone to the TP, they didn't have any in stock. So back to the tech line to get me shipped one out. After some 30 minutes, HE CAN'T FIND ANY TITANS TO SEND ME. I remind him that that TP is in the upgrade matrix of the Titans and I AM getting out of this model.
Each time I upgrade phones i pay over 400$ (yea yea whatever-the Titan was the only phone I payed full tilt for)to get the latest features and use them, IO would think Verizon would work with me as well.
He agrees and get the order straight but needs manager approval (he was pretty cool about the whole thing)-yea ok.

Call me back in 2 hours, got the approval-it's on the way.

So Verizon is out of Titans--Time to pound them hard!!!
