If you click the "Get Apps" link on the default Verizon start page in IE, it gives a list of options, and number 4 is Visual Voice Mail, unless by some fluke it is a cache'd page from before I installed either the leaked or cooked rom. If you select that link it takes you to the description page for VVM and about 2/3 of the way down is an "Activate Now" link which lets you download the .cab
