Yes, we had to mail it in.
Sad thing is the TP's keyboard crashed yesterday and the screen is not working right. I think there is a short in the device somewhere. Asurion is supposed to be mailing out another one... but it has been right at 24 hours ( a little over actually ) and the claim on the computer still says wait 24 hours my claim is being processed.
I am really curious about this because the guy on the phone stated he was sending me a diamond... I told him that I had a Pro, why would he send a diamond... He was really hard to understand... I did make him confirm more than once it would be NIB...
Wish I knew if it was coming in today or not...
EDIT: it is coming in today. Should be any minute now... and it is a NIB touch pro.
