My phone fell while i was walking up concrete stairs, and managed to bounce all the way to the bottom. I wrote an email to sprint suggesting that they go back to the magnetic one for the TP2 and was surprised by the response.

I was advised to take my TP into any store for a free replacement, and also to pick a better case for free, if I dont like any they have at the sprint store I can buy one and send in a copy of the receipt for a refund.

This really surprised me, I did not ask for a replacement, just sent a suggestion, while expressing my dissatisfaction with the included case. This shows how far their CS has come over the years.
