Not for the HTC dialer, but I could for the WM dialer. To do it right, it takes an hour or two to reskin the HTC dialer. I dunno, maybe I could do it at some point, but if I do one theme, I gotta do all of them. Also, the HTC dialer has issues with the WM lock.
