Its a problem I've had since updating to the 1.41 radio, not just with WM6... It started almost immediately after updating my ROM.
Sometimes I'll turn on the phone to find that the antenna is off... then it turns itself back on. This is much better than it was before... with 1.41 and WM6, if the antenna shut off, I had to powercycle multiple times to get my radio back.
