Well, 6.5 is just better all around, there are a lot of cosmetic differences between the two but 6.5 has been overall better in every regard for me. Head to the Touch pro upgrades section, you will need to unlock your phone first (there is a sticky on this). Then download your 6.5 rom of choice (I prefer Juicy or starrom but there are many good ones). After that read the sticky about flashing, it is very simple you just download and run the RUU (rom upgrade utility) after copying your new roms .nbh file into that folder.
