I was using it in the past to sync my contacts and calendar at Google, but didn't like how contacts wouldn't let me change the name order last, first instead of first last.

All is good now, my Touch Pro is snappy like when I got it, if I need to us Latitude then I will turn it on and deal with it and turn it off when done playing.

As for ActiveSync, I turned it back to normal and all is fine, no beachball.

Task Manager is the tool that helped me track it down, I forgot all about some type of CPU monitoring, I do it on my Mac all the time when it gets sluggish.

I wanted to say thanks to all you guys for the tips and to PPC Geeks and XDA for all the great insights and apps!
