Definetely install to the device not the storage card, also use direct draw. Set up all of your settings and then save them this will automatically restart s2u2. Then it should work fine, as far as wallpaper goes replace the files in the gfx folder named wallpaper and wallpaperL with whatever you want and restart s2u2. Lemme know if you have anymore q's.
