None are really "better", ask any chef and they'll tell you his own is the best
I learned the basics with lllboredlll's kitchens but ultimately built my own. If you're familiar with the basics and built a rom or two then it's time to start collecting your own pieces and making it yours! A lot of chef's (myself included) like the 21042 SYS for 6.1, rock solid and quite fast.
