It could be that they are back up again. Service on this IP for the past months has been terrible to say the least, leading us to use Telus.

Regarding using a packet sniffer, this was thrown around a while back before Telus, but no one could find one that had full header information. Could be possible tethered to the laptop?

Regarding other new PDE servers, you can check the settings here for all of the providers. I have only known Verizon and Telus to work reliably (less recently for VZW), and I got Alltel to work a few times. I have never been able to get Sprint or other IPs to work for me.
