It's a bit of a catch 22.... the windows 6.5 dialer isnt finalized yet, and the existing htc dialer doesn't play nicely with the windows default, so for the time being things will be a little buggy either way, unless you use the windows 6.1 default dialer

I've heard nothing but problems with S2U2
