i use total commander for my file explorer. i dont know if you can do it with the stock file explorer beccause i never tried. total commander is free if you dont have it already.
1. Open Total Commander
2. Browse to the "Windows" folder
3. Find the file: thread_sms.htm
4. Press to edit with the little notebook below from Total Commander
You will see the following HTML Code:
