You are right though about the softkey changing to "Done" instead of Remove, but it does work. Also, did you find a way to remove "Home" from programs? Mine says it's locked.

I removed the lock on everything but Home. For those that enable Manila programs menu to replace the windows menu will likely need that button unless they want to hit the physical home, back, or end button to return to manila.
