Password protect the #777???

I have the Verizon's XV6700 and I've been reading a lot on the MMS issue. Currently I've deleted the #777 from my connections menu because I use wifi frequently, and don't want to be charged incase the phone decides to use Verizon's data instead of wifi. I also have a weather program...and I'm not sure if it updates on it's own because I usually update it manually, but I'd rather not find out. However, with the #777 deleted....I can't send or receive pix/flix. So I was thinking whether there is a way to set it up that when I receive a pix message (or send), it will bring up a screen asking my to put in a password. Only after you put in the password would it download the pic. Or if Verizon's data somehow turns on, it will ask me to type in a password before loging on and charging me insane amounts of money. Not sure if this is possible, but hopefully.
