From my understanding (please feel free to correct me):
Rhodium is TF3D2- The new version of TF3D from another phone and ported by xbmod.
Manilla- not too sure about this one myself, I thought it was the generic name given to TF2D and TF3D- also, I was never clear on the difference between TF2D and TF3D, they both looked similar in screenshots.
Titanium is the new WM 6.5 today screen alternative to TF3D. Here's a screenshot of it with a cool skin:
