If you go back out to the Upgrades Forum and look over to the right side beside the title of this thread, there is a link called "files" to all files that have been posted in this thread. Click it.
One of the files should be named "ATContacts v0.91.cab". Save that and install it (disable Titanium before installing then re-enable Titanium after installing) and it should give you a fave contacts panel in the home screen.
