In the reg change the value (DWORD Data) of:
HKLM\Software\HTC\Camera\General
"EnableDCMI" from "1" to "0"

Now when you start the camera:
tap the screen -> tap the cog wheel -> tap advanced
on page 2 make sure "Storage" is set to "Storage Card"
on page 4 make sure "Prefix" is set to "Date & Time"

You may need to soft reset after the reg change... and as always PLEASE be sure to BACKUP your reg BEFORE you mod it!
