The only thing I've noticed so far is that if you have the phone locked and receive a phone call it flashes between the htc s2a and the WM6.5 one...and then when the call was disconnected, I couldn't unlock the phone and had to soft reset.

If you receive a phone call with the phone unlocked, you get a newer 6.5 popup on the bottom for the call as well as the htc s2a thing. The phone still works, so I don't care, just thought I would let you know. And I'm sure you already knew, since it happened on copper if you installed s2a, but wanted to help get any bugs out in case you know of an easy fix.
