I don't believe it is. I requested that it should be, as it's disabled by default anyway, and very likely doesn't have a large footprint.

Seems to work fine to me?
Edit: Also, anyone else got the ringtone bug yet? I set my ring to Ring-GreenTea and watched as I got a call a little later, and it never rang. I picked it up, tried to set my ringtone again and got "Ringtone file is corrupted!"
I was really hoping this would go away with the switch to 6.5 :/
