I was curious to know if you had the same issues. These are not specific to your ROM but since i saw we are using the same kitchen and sys i figured it wont hurt to ask.
Cal should be releasing a new 6.5 kitchen soon.
Have you tried conflippers common sys files for 21501?

The only time I get a "corrupted files" issue with sounds is after I set the phone to silent/vibrate. For some reason 6.5 doesn't like going silent then back without a seft reset.
I did try con's common sys but it didn't work as well for me. If you want I can zip up my kitchen setup and upload it for you to try out...
