PLZ HELP! i have copied the dlls from this taskbar

i dont cant change dll. names like .bka oder .old it DOESNT work when i change the name with total commander always the old name appears again
i have installed all the cabs from the first post! And when i now copy all the dlls from

it doeasn work all my windows is black in the taskbar
and i cant make a backup cause i cant rename or copy these .dll files!!!!!!! Only the phoverbmb.dll i can rename the others not!!
plz help me
