Yesterday I downloaded to \internal storage with opera. Then using pocketrar you can extract the nbh. Rename it and copy to "\internal storage\DIAMIMG.nbh". Then you can flash it by pressing BackArrow+VolumeDown+Power+SoftReset if your fingers work like that. Now I can switch between all my roms in under 15 minutes to address issues.
