Emergency Msgs: Cell Broadcast Capability

Does anyone know if the TouchPro or any other CDMA handsets have cell broadcast capability? This feature is readily visible in the menu systems of GSM phones, but I can't find it in the CDMA phones. What's odd is that I can find it in virtually all GSM phones (except for Applie iPhone) including Windows Mobile phones, but I was not able to find it in my previous Verizon Motorola Q or my current Verizon TouchPro.

This feature allows the network to send a single instance of "text" message to specific cell sites and any phones connected to those cells with the cell broadcast feature enabled would be able to receive the message. The FCC put out an order in April, 2008 that provides guidelines for the delivery of point to multi-point emergency messages by wireless carriers and cell broadcast is being widely recognized as technology that will be used.

Does anyone here know how to find this feature in CDMA handsets?
