What are you expecting of mightyrom and are you aware of what it can and can't do? Unless you understand and follow the flashing process to a T, you can, and likely will, brick your device. It seems a lot of noobs are in a great hurry to flash their devices before really getting to know them. WHY??
I do agree with your comments. But i think some people who are fairly new to these devices need/want reassurance that they're doing the right thing. I know when i got my first ppc (6700 apache) i read this forum for months before posting. And even after all my research and learning, i still had a ton of questions and concerns. For me, it was trial and error, and thank god for the great members on this site who took the time to help me/us out. It can be a scary thing to start a thread here asking for help. Instead of telling new members to search, search, and search some more (which they should all do) i just send a pm to the individual welcoming the aboard and pointing them in the right direction. Like i said, i agree 100% with what you wrote, i just think we all need to understand that most of us were really confused here at some point also.
