It is an Unlocked GSM Touch elf model. Using it on a Tmobile network. Is there a certain ROM that will work with this phone?? Thanks for any assistance, he has been asking me for this a while.

Firstly, You prolly wont have much luck over here - mostly CDMA devices and ROMs but if you head over to XDA the link I posted there is specific ROMs, Apps and Threads just for the HTC ELF
