The easiest thing for me to say is to unlock your phone from the stickies in the first page of the tpro cdma, ah here it is:

You need activesync installed, Then just run download whomevers rom, and run ROMUpdateUtility.exe from the unzipped files.
Keep clicking next till you get love.
