No problem. On my pc, I am able to open the pictures using MS Office Picture Manager. Once opened, you can resize the pics by selecting the Pictures tab>Resize. the pixels are on the side so you just need to enter 960 by 748 and save. I am sure there is another app that can do this but if you can't find it, let me know. I would be happy to resize them for you if you post a zipped file in the thread. I was just going to do this myself
