5. When you sign up for seven, you get a cab file you run. It creates an email account (looks like any other pop / imap account, but is push). So, if I recall correctly, you don't have to enter any server info, the cab does it for you.

Seven beta is not really free. It requires you to receive international text messages which you must pay for..
