I have many of those accolades myself... The P4 is not the P4 equivalent to the Northwoord or Prescott cores... I don't even have HT. The temp. is not the issue, I also gave it a fresh load of XP, but it runs great on the desktop. Anything else makes it go to 100% CPU usage... Either way, its nothing next to or near the Core 2 I had to give up, which is at the level I need it next to unfortunately...
