The name of the cab is SPJ_Battery_Performance.cab. I just opened File Explorer and clicked on it and it installed just as any other cab does.

I have the greatest respect for no2chem
and use several of his programs but this cab seemed to make a difference for me. I will report back in a couple of days to see if I am still getting improved battery life.
