Word, this is GREAT to know as I'm heading to the middle east for a month and then stopping over in The Netherlands, Belgium, and France for a month afterward. I didn't even THINK about skype, what a great idea!

I should also test out the GPS, I'm planning on getting Tomtom or equivalent for Europe navigation as I won't really be able to rely on google maps (due to the constant data streaming)...although I guess I could find a hot spot, choose a zoom level of the map, and load up as many regions of the map as possible for navigation purposes, but I seem to remember Google Maps *****ing about no data connection.
