If you want to get advanced I use RapiConfig to pull out my registry entries and then use a custom sdconfig.txt file to reinstall apps and import all my program settings with xml files after a hard-reset You'll find TONS of that information elsewhere on this site. Good luck!

i'm not too worried about it really -- as long as i have the stock sprint ROM i should be able to restore using Sprite
