basically to get the look that he has you need to upgrade to 6.5 from 6.1.
I did it a couple of days ago and it was a breeze. beware it is a beta version though.
I have noticed no issues yet that are anything more than a slight irritation and the battery consumption seems a little high or it could be my battery tanking....
