Tech support said it was filed via e-ticket. Refurbs don't ship with batteries so I would have to keep my old one anyways. I'd like to get a fully working replacement, but I don't want to risk getting a working refurb that is old and beat up. The one they sent me even has a partially worn out water-damage sticker and broken "screw stickers" that automatically voids all warranty... I wouldn't mind a refurb if they would just replace all parts except the pcb board. Hell, brand new would be great...
FYI, my current new phone that's defective is the 3/21 build date...
