NO NONE of the 3.xxx will work with your nongps rom. If you do this you may brick your phone completely. Only the 1.xx and 2.xx. The 1.xx link seems to be broken so the 2.xx are the only options. Now pulling the battery or pushing the little reset button on the bottom of the phone should work. If you try both radio and neither work I have one more option but this options means you will for sure loss all your phone info.
