Your Vouge should have radio version 3.37.78. I don't see any reason or benefit in changing this. If you know of someone in your area that has flashed a different radio & they are getting better signal. Then it may be worth while doing. Also note that flashiong a new radio can also void your warrenty.
Another word of advice for you. I you plan on using your GPS. Do not let the customizations run on you phone because letting them run will lock the GPS. You may still be able to get it to work but its a lot of hassle.
