The backup was saved wherever you saved it- hopefully in PIM backup.
If that's where you saved it, you just need to re-install PIM backup and restore.
If you didn't save the pim.VOL file in IS, they you're out of luck. It was in the root directory and is gone.
If you did a backup using SPB or Sprite, you can restore just your personal data with a selective restore. Otherwise, just re-sync your device and ponder in the minutes it will take to do so (unless you're one of these people with 1000s of contacts- then it might take a little longer).
If I misunderstood and you're just looking for a copy of PIM Backup- I think MR has it installed by default... you can always get a new copy from
the developer.
