For those with access, from www.ppckitchen.org download and install their kitchen. Then in the file .\kitchens\ppckitchen_oem_vga.rar you'll find the directory/OEM .\phonecodes. Extract the just the *.lnk files and copy them into your start menu.

They will be included in the next release. There is also a .cab floating around for those that like the search feature.
