Just a suggestion with the ringer problem - once your ringer stops working or is coming up as corrupt from the dialer option menu, if you close the dialer, use file explorer to navigate to the Windows/Ringer folder, long press on the ringer of your choice, then select the bottom menu choice, Set as Ringtone, your ringer will work again. I've been doing this, and it immediately fixes the ringer, and as long as I stay away from the dialer options menu, the ringer continues to work.
