Ok so after installing the full rom the only changes that are made that stick out is that u can do the data roaming. I noticed the Extended Rom version is different but it contains those extra .cabs which contain the fixes. And the Radio image is also updated mine from 1.12.00 to 1.27.00. Oh and the first thing u see when it starts up is the Sprint screen that says "Test Only Not For Sale" hehe. Nice. I will upload the lockup .cab and whatever others I find useful.
