It may be the latest, but it is far from the greatest. Unless I am not using it right. Setting favorite people and apps is a pain or impossible. And I just think it requires to much finger scrolling.
The menues are more finger friendly, but IMHO tf3d is a much more efficient applications.

WM 6.5 is the latest WM OS, but it's beta.
It's a lot more finger friendly, prettier, support for widgits, stuff like that.
Titanium is very nice, looks very crisp but it's still pretty hard to develop and change things on.
