OH MY GOD! Thanks Sethlo for kind of setting me straight. I checked both those articles and they are kind of in conflict with each other BUT they are both accurate in proving me wrong. I went ahead and set JointStereo back to 1 and then deleted the BitPools. Initial result was worse than before, but then I added sample of 48000 and ZERO skipping now!! Now my unit is perfect!!
